Prep & Setup

We prep the home by covering any openings that won’t be seals by taping or covering any designed openings or finished horizontal surfaces within the space.

Pressurize & Apply

Using the AeroBarrier connect system, the space is then pressurized and controlled by a computer system for the temperature, pressure, humidity, and distribution of sealant.

Seal & Monitor

With the AeroBarrier process, you see results in real time, with progress being reported every 60 seconds. You have complete control over your desired level of airtightness and can achieve any level required. At the end of the process, a final blower door test is run to verify the air sealing results.

Certify Seal Completion & Cleanup

Once complete, software will generate a Certificate of Completion. We remove any protective coverings and equipment and construction work can resume within 30 minutes.

Seal the Gap – Our air sealing system seals all building envelope leaks up to 1/2″, and as small as a human hair.
Waterborne Acrylic Seal – GreenGuard Gold certified, the sealant is self-guided to the edges of leaks creating a seal.
Real-Time Updates – Using a standard, single-point blower door test, our software measures the leakage in real time.
